MLU is truly the best preschool in town, if not in all of New Jersey! I am beyond proud to be part of such an incredible place. Working at My Little University has been such a rewarding experience. The environment is warm, welcoming, and truly designed to support both children and teachers. So much care goes into every detail, from the classroom setup to the way we support each child’s learning and growth. I feel genuinely valued and supported as a teacher here. Ms. Sandra and Ms. Elizabeth are incredible leaders whose passion, kindness, and dedication make the center feel like a second home. Starting at MLU, I discovered my passion, working with children. For the past 3 years, MLU has provided training to help us nurture the growing minds of the young children we work with. The resources MLU provides answers for all the challenging questions in the classroom. I continue to enjoy learning that honest communication is a key ingredient when building healthy relationships with children, parents, and co-workers. Our team is made up of caring individuals who want to help, and each day, we get better and better. I’m grateful MLU promotes a healthy environment for all who enter to be creative while encouraging children to thrive.

Ever since I began my journey at My Little University, one word has remained consistently prevalent: growth. From the very first day, this institution has not only nurtured my academic abilities but also instilled in me the deeper values of motivation, teamwork, and consistency.
At My Little University, I learned that growth isn’t just about grades or accolades it’s about evolving as a person. It’s about finding the drive to keep going even when things get tough, understanding the power of collaboration, and showing up every day with purpose and persistence.

Being a teacher at My Little University for the past seven years has been an incredible journey of growth, learning, and connection. When I first began, I was eager to share my love of teaching with children and families, but I never could have imagined how much I would grow myself along the way.
Each year has brought new opportunities to learn—whether through discovering innovative approaches in the classroom, collaborating with colleagues, or finding new ways to reach and inspire each child. I’ve learned that teaching is not just about guiding children, but also about being open to learning from them. Their curiosity, creativity, and resilience have shaped me as much as I’ve shaped them.
My time here has also strengthened my skills and given me the confidence to step into new responsibilities, embrace challenges, and continuously reflect on my practice. The supportive environment at My Little University has encouraged me to bring my best self to the classroom while also fostering personal growth and lifelong learning.
What I value most are the relationships I’ve built—with students, families, and fellow educators. Being part of a community that works together to support each child’s journey is deeply meaningful, and I am grateful to contribute to that every day.

I’ve been working at MLU for three years, and it’s been a place I call my second home because of the fun and kind people I’ve met. The administration team is very supportive and wants to see you succeed as an individual. I am very appreciative of MLU for everything I have learned and will continue to use in my education journey!

Working at My Little University for the past 7 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. I’ve had the privilege to have worked with all different age groups and have seen how differently they all learn and grow everyday through games, songs, and books. Over the years I’ve learned to build strong relationships with families and coworkers and have seen firsthand how important it is to be a team and support one another to create a positive environment for the children. What I love most is creating a safe and nurturing environment where all the kids who step into my classroom and MLU feel valued and supported. Overall, I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful second family.

I started working at MLU when they had just opened their doors, in 2017. Working at MLU has been such a positive and meaningful experience for me. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and truly valued as part of the team. They encourage growth, celebrate successes, and create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing ideas and being yourself.
